Hello

I am a new Garmin 810 user and have downloaded latest version of Garmin Express and updated software on the 810.

Unfortunately it won't let me send segments to the 810 with a message showing 'Sorry, we couldn't sync your device. Please try again'. I've had the same issues with courses however can sync workouts.

Can you please assist?
