G.E. finds device! I click-add device, prompted to sync with Garmin Connect, click-I want to sync to an exiting account, Garmin Account Sign In window displays and I click-Google+ icon to log in and continue to get the dreaded 'Servers Are Down/We Are Experiencing Issues window." This has been a several day issue now. Any word on what, when, why, how, whom?
I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. This behavior is most commonly caused by an incorrect time, date and/or time zone setting on the computer. Please make sure that these settings are correct.
