Update 2015 do load time

I started updating my Nuvi 2595 yesterday (Monday) at noon, and 17 hours later it is still building and at 22 minutes remaining. Is this typical? My last update too about 12 hours.

Well I wouldn't call it normal ... my map updates rarely last longer than an hour, but if your last update took about 12 hours you must have a very slow connection, and maybe even slower this time. Note these system requirements, I suspect this may be your issue:

•Intel-based Mac running OS 10.7 or higher running in 64bit
•1024 x 768 display, USB port and 1 GB RAM
•High speed Internet access (Not for use with dial-up, mobile or satellite connections)
•May require up to 13 GB free disk space

Well I'd have pulled it long ago, and then reconnected if necessary.
