There is probably a corrupt activity or GPX file on the microSD card. Please see the FAQ How do I manually upload data from USB Mass Storage devices to Garmin Connect? You will want to look in the Garmin/Activity and Garmin/GPX folder for files to upload. Once you find the corrupt file that will not upload remove it from the VIRB.
