Garmin Express - MacBook - Uploads not occurring

Hi there,

I use a Forerunner 610 and I have been turbo training and recording my rides on the 610 using the Garmin bike widget (sorry I can't recall the official name). Uploading these activities to Garmin Express has been okay. Since the latest Mac software update this has been problematic. I receive messages saying that data has been transferred. It's there under activities on the watch but it does not appear on Garmin Connect.

Any ideas please?

  • Re-enter your Garmin Connect Credentials in Garmin Express then upload the activity again from the History-->Options-->Upload menu on the watch.

    1. Open Express
    2. Select the Forerunner 610 from the drop down menu
    3. Click "Device"
    4. Scroll down to the Garmin Connect Account section
    5. Click Change account
    6. Enter your username and password again.

    On the watch, upload each activity again. You have to upload them individually at this point so I would verify the upload was successful after each one. Future activities should upload normally during the Sync. I recommend you Sync daily or after each activity.
