910XT stolen and new one will not transfer files to Garmin Connect

Hi -

My 910xt was recently stolen. It worked and synced perfectly to GC. I bought a brand new one which syncs to GE and says "Sync Complete! View Data at GC". But it's a lie! No recent data in GC activities.

Software Version 3.00

I have completely removed my old 910 from GC.

Then, I have tried almost every combination of:
- Removing/unpairing my new one from GC and GE
- Installing/uninstalling GE
- Installing/uninstalling the old ant agent

No idea what else to do. Any help is appreciated.

    I suggest you make sure Express is up to date, re-enter in your Connect credentials, and use the Transfer All option on the watch to send the activities from the watch again.

    How do I update Garmin Express?

    1. Open Express
    2. Click Device
    3. Scroll down to the Garmin Connect Account section
    4. Click Change Account
    5. Enter your username and password again.

    On the 910XT go to Histroy then Transfer All.

    This should trigger the 910XT to send all the activities to Connect through Express again and upload the missing items.
