help! my 910xt doesn't transfer anymore data using Garmin Express

Hi! It's about 15days that my 910xt doesn't transfer anymore data using Garmin Express (I have a Mac)
I have also changed the ANT stick but that was not the problem.
While doing the synch I can see in the details of Garmin Express that the device is trasferring an activity dated on 31 Dec 1989 .... and it stays uploading that for ages till the device disconects itself...
What can I do? Please help!!

If the syncing is getting stuck on the file showing 1989 this is the Tonita scale data. What you can do is locate this file in the following location:
~user/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Express/RegisteredDevices/[Unit ID]/PendingSyncUploads
The file will be a Fit_Type_9 for weight data. Delete this file and empty the trash and see if this clears up your issue.

The user Library folder is hidden by default in Mac OS 10.7 and higher. To open the user Library folder:
1. Open Finder
2. Click Go (at the top of the menu bar)
3. Click Go to Folder
4. Type ~/Library
5. Click the Go button

Mike! thanks it worked!!
Or at least it partially worked…
Unfortunately there are about 5 activities that were not transferred.
I have tried many times … but with no success.
Is there any way I can transfer those activities even manually?

If the files aren't making it to the computer, we will be unable to transfer them manually. You can attempt to transfer all. That option will be under history. It will attempt to transfer all of the activities on the watch to connect again and may take a very long time depending on how many activities you have on the device.
