I've had a few issues with my Vivosmart, the most recent involved trying to access Garmin Express via my Macbook Pro. Garmin tech support has been superb! They've responded promptly via email, and when the latest issue couldn't be resolved, a phone call was all it took. When my call got dropped, they promptly called me back.
I want to thank Daryl and Michelle, who helped me work through the problems, the latest of which was unrelated to Garmin, but rather to my recent upgrade to Yosemite on my Macbook. Both were very polite and patient. They were also very committed to resolving my issue. Thanks!
