Upload Issues

I'm trying to upload 2 new workouts from my Garmin Forerunner 910XT.

The 1st issue, is that when I click on the Garmin Express icon, it asks me to install it. If I close out of that, and re-click the icon, Garmin Express opens.

After I click the 'Sync Now,' it begins to sync. But at some point, the progress bar gets stuck and doesn't move anymore. Under the details tab, it shows that its trying to download 2 workouts that have been deleted plus a workout from December 1989, but not my new 2 workouts.

I've tried to un-install and re-install Garmin Express, but it doesn't seem to work. I can only think that I'm not uninstalling it properly.

It sounds like maybe you don't have the latest version of Garmin Express. To check that you have the 3.2.21 version try clicking on "Garmin Express" in the menu bar when the application is open and then clicking on About.

If you have deleted those workouts from the device but Express is still trying to send them you can go to the following location and delete the files if they are there:
1. Click Finder icon
2. Click the Go menu at the top of your screen
3. Click Go to Folder
4. Type this exactly, ~/Library/Application Support/Garmin/GarminConnect/
5. Click Go
6. Open Forerunner 910XT folder
7. Open Upload
Each file should have a date so that you can determine which one(s) to delete.

I'm having exactly the same issues for the last 3/4 days now using Windows 7 and Garmin Forerunner 610. No idea what to do tried everything and still can't upload anything. Have the same random '31/12/1989 00:00' activity as well and sync just seems to freeze and nothing happen?
