310xt pain

Hi all,

I have a 310 xt and use an Ant stick to move my data to my MacBook Pro.
Since moving to the new update and Garmin Express i am unable to sync and move data.
When i load the programme the Ant identifies the 310xt and says "transferring data" on my watch - it does this for a minute then stops and the watch displays the standard data fields as if exercising. Garmin express continue to say "syncing - remaining time 1 minute". I have left the programme running for a full night to see if it would clear but no joy.
My training partner is having the same problem.

I have tried forcing the data - nothing
I have tried creating a new 10 second exercise as the book states - nothing

HELP.....
  • Are you using ANT Agent or Garmin Express? They cannot coexist. Use can only use one or the other. Since Garmin Express is the way ahead I would suggest you use that one so you will need to be certain that you have fully uninstalled ANT Agent.

    Sorry, can't find a post (and there's a few) with the instructions to fully remove ANT Agent and install Garmin Express, but they are there. Find them, work through them and then let us know if you are still having problems.
