Servers busy when trying to complete express set up for first time

I have downloaded the garmin express software, it finds my device and I have a connect account but I cannot get any further. I get the following error message: "There's a problem with our servers, which means the Express is temporarily un available. We're working as fast as we can to get it back up and running. Please try again later." I have tried multiple time since Friday 10th and searched your forum but no information is available. Please can you help?
  • Have you any proxy settings on your Mac that might be affecting the process?

Have you tried logging in to Garmin Connect from your browser?

Always worth going back to square one - disconnect from GC in Express, remove your device from Express, then go through the process re-pair and re-connect the account.

FWIW, it's running fine on iMac and MacBook Pro both on Yosemite beta

So in the meantime decided to set up a new user account on my Mac, express worked first time. Not a Garmin issue, but thanks for your help Philip. I'm going to ditch the old user account and just use the new one. Cheers
