No Syncing Running actiivities

Express wouldn't sync an activity from Oct 1, did sync one from Oct 3 and 4, but failed again with a new one today. Been syncing with no problems for last couple of months until the recent server shutdown.
It may be that the individual activity is corrupt. Please manually upload the file to Connect then delete it from the watch if it continues to cause issues. See the FAQ: How do I manually upload data from USB devices to Garmin Connect?
