Unable to connect with Garmin Services error message in Garmin Express?

I have already check the hyperlink....but.....which firewall should I switch off if I am not firewall installed on my Mac?? Any other solution? My garmin connect sees perfectly the forerunner but still cannot use garmin express to upload personalized trainings! :(((((
I am sorry for the troubles. As long as you are using a Cable or DSL internet connection and have no Internet Security or external Firewalls running then the issue is probably device related. What device are you working with? Have you ever successfully synced with Garmin Connect?
