GarminConnect folder not present- where are my .fit files??

Hi all,
I'm trying to locate my .fit files on my mac and have diligently followed the instructions on here and the garmin support to locate:
~user/Library/Application Support/Garmin/GarminConnect/UnitID/Upload

But I can only see as far as 'Garmin' there is no GarminConnect (i have a nice screen shot of this but can't make it attach at the mo!)

Any thoughts? does this mean garmin express isn't saving my files locally as it should??

If you are referring to the fenix2 then the .fit files are not stored on the computer. Since the device's internal memory can be accessed when it is connected to the computer there is generally no need to copy the files to a location on the computer.
