Garmin Express servers down?

is the garmin express server down I'm trying to connect to garmin connect since i got a new vivosmart and it needs an update

There are no known issues with Garmin Servers tonight. Please see the FAQ: What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client? if you continue to have troubles.
