I am using Garmin Express in Mac to update Middle East and North Africa 2015.10 map but it shows "There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.10."
Help me in updating the map.
I think I fixed your issue on our side of things. Please delete the Nuvi from Garmin Express then add it back again. Express should offer you the Middle East & Africa 2015.20 update instead of the 2015.10 you were having trouble with.

I am sorry that you are having trouble updating your maps. I do not see a device listed on your account. Can I please have the serial number off of your device so that I can check into this for you? Also, what do the error details say?
Sorry Jason. Serial number 2CJ010457. It shows "The update is unable to determine where the specific map file would be written." Please fix it. Thank you.
I have emailed your GarminDevice.xml file to you and have made a correction to this file. The previous post was removed because we don't want these files posted to the forums. Please follow the instructions that were emailed to you and this should correct your issue.
