Express shows no Update, yet connect shows update available

Why does Garmin connect show that there is a software update for my edge 510 to go to version 3.20 from 3.10, and yet when I go into Garmin express it shows my version as 3.00 and no updates available?

Well the latest version is 3.20 http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=6049

Try deleting your device from Express then reassociating it http://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/simpleCase.htm?caseId={8a5f1480-ddf1-11e2-7dd9-000000000000}&kbName=garmin
