Just got a new computer. Running Safari 7.0.6 and Garmin Connect won't display anything when I log in and connect to my device. Tried Firefox and Chrome too. Please help! Here is the screenshot where I get to ... it won't display anything else.

Hi, I have the same problem with my Mac Book Pro.. can you send me a msg too? Was it because I was not a registered member or what is the problem?

If you are receiving the same blank screen in Garmin Connect, it is usually caused by 3rd party plugins, extensions or applications that block the widgets from displaying. Some of the more common software that we see that causes these issues are Ghostery, NoScript and Adblock. You may need to disable or whitelist connect.garmin.com in these programs or use a computer that does not contain this software.

    Jason,

garmin express wont even install on my mac book, says i dont have the lastest operating system. Are you serious, that I now need a few computer to upload course to it? I have snow leopard on my mac book pro, but not the new mountain lion

  • Garmin Express requires 10.7 or later, you are using 10.6. Garmin states the system requirements clearly on the download page. You can still sync and update maps, courses etc using the older Garmin online tools. Garmin Express is just more convenient because it integrates all those functions into one application.

Apple has a free OSx upgrade that will get you to a software level required. I just upgraded my macbook with no issues.
