So frustrated!

I very rarely use Garmin to update anything and everytime I do I am painfully reminded of why it is so infrequent. I have NEVER used a site that is so completely and utterly frustrating to update what should be a simple process.

I am using a MacBook Pro and if I get asked one more time to load Garmin Communicator and then restart Firefox when I will be taken to the next stage of installation only to be hung out to dry, I will scream. I have spent at least 3 hours trying to purchase new maps and update old ones. Nothing is working!

I am beginning to think the whole process is to ensure we do not get our updates despite having paid for same!

If I had any other choice, I would not use this service at all. Does anybody know where I can go to bypass all this worthless process?

Thanks and sorry for the rant but hopefully Garmin will get the message and make their systems much more user friendly.

    If still no luck post back with your device, exactly which maps you're trying to update and what errors you're getting.
