Hello,
I have a Forerunner 310 XT with the software version 4.50, and I am using Garmin Express 3.2.18.0.
The Forerunner 310 XT is able to sync with my Mac, as I can find all my activities on my account on the web.
But my Forerunner 310 XT is unable to receive a custom workout.
I follow the following different steps :
1 - I created a custom workout on the website http://connect.garmin.com/modern/
2 - In the sync status folder, I can click on "send now"
3 - The data are actually sent to the forerunner 310 XT, because both "Transfering data" is displayed on my Forerunner display, and I got a notification on my Mac that the transfering is over
4 - But when I want to find my custom workout in Training/Workouts/Custom in the Forerunner, there is no workout displayed
FYI, the previous Garmin software was installed on my Mac before. I don't remember exactly its name, may be Garmin Connect.
I never tried with the previous software, so I do not know if it was working before.
May be, it is a side effect of the migration between the previous software and Garmin Express software ?
Is there any logs somewhere on the hard drive in order to understand what's going wrong ?
In my understanding, it should work.
