Where does Garmin Express store my TCX files? Does all my data now belong to Garmin?

I just updated to Garmin Express from Garmin Ant Agent.

Where can I now find my TXC files?

Previously they were stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices/SerialNumberOfMyForerunner/History

Now they seem to never land on my Mac, but fly off directly to Garmin Connect.

Does this mean that I can no longer get and use my data without Garmin Connect getting hold of them first?

You'll find those in

~user/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Garmin Connect/Forerunner...******/Upload/FIT_TYPE_4/

The file locations given by our esteemed Customer Care Agent above refer to Garmin ANT Agent

Garmin Express does support the Forerunner 405 and 410 watches which use the .TCX format. Those files are located in

~user/Library/Application Support/Garmin/GarminConnect/Forerunner 405-unitid/Upload/FitnessHistory/

The Sync with Garmin Connect must be successful before the files will be in the folder.
