Garmin Express will not detect my Edge - but Mac does

Hi - I have a faithful old Edge 705 - which on the old "classic" connect works a treat, manual uploads work no problem.

However with the new "Modern" version, I have problems with Garmin Express.

Although the Mac recognises the Edge (it is there on Finder) and the old classic Connect does too, Garmin Express cannot detect the Edge.

Now while the Classic is still available, there is that workaround; but as soon as it is retired officially, I can see this becoming a problem.

I have deleted GE an reinstalled it about 5 times; but still no luck.

Anyone has any ideas?

I also have a Forerunner 610 on an Ant+ stick which isn't being picked up either; but as it is still the cycling season, I am concentrating on the Edge. (Runnings for the winter:).

Have you uninstalled/re-installed Express? If not, please give that a try and download the current version from:
http://connect.garmin.com/en-US/start/

Hi - I just received an update, and installed that - and straight away the Edeg was recognised with Garmin Express - I havent tried the Forerunner 610 yet- but looks like a good progress
