Data not sent

Hello
My data do not arrive any more on garmin Connect.
Synchronization is done via Garmin Express but it do not appear on Garmin connect!!!

  • Need some more info if you're to be helped. What device? Which Connect, Modern or Classic?

    What have you done to your PC and/or Garmin Programs and/or your device since you last were able to send data?

    I have a garmin forerunner 405 and Garmin Express 3.2.15.0
    and I did not touch anything on my Mac
  • You've posted in the PC section, I'll move it to the mac one.
  • It looks like you need to update to the current version and try again:
    • Open Express
    • Click Garmin Express
    • Click About Garmin Express
    • Click Check for Application Updates
    • Follow prompts

    I'm having the same problem of data not sending. To make it worse, the data is deleted off my device (Forerunner 10), so I cannot even see it there or manually upload it. I've tried completely deleting Garmin Express and re-downloading it, but it hasn't helped. Ready to throw out the useless thing (I'm using the modern Garmin Connect), I'm so frustrated. I've checked and I do not have the "erase data after uploading" checked.
