310XT Won't Transfer

So, I've finally transferred over to Express. I figured after 5 or 6 months everything would be straightened out. Guess not. I have 5 files on my 310xt that I would like to transfer over, but they won't turn up in my activities. It shows that it syncs, but then nothing actually shows up. Also, express only recognizes that I have my device connected about half the time. I've deleted both my training center and the old ANT files. Need some help because I'm kinda frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
