Garmin Express installer starts at each system reboot

At each reboot of my iMac, the Garmin Express installer starts and requires installation before I can use the software again.
I cancel the install and Garmin Express is available with all my preferences.
How can I prevent installer from starting at each system startup?

Express might be trying to install the update file it stores. Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Express/AppUpdates/ and delete the GarminExpressInstaller.dmg file.

Empty the Trash on the Mac then restart it and that should fix the issue.
