Garming Express Mac doesnt open

Hi all,

I have recently re downloaded the Garmin Express program. When I try to open it when my device is connected it will not open on my Mac.

Garmin Express will open when my Garmin 510 is not connected.

I have been trying to get my files to load to Garmin via bluetooth on my Android HTC phone. The files will never upload even though the blue tooth says it is connected. I have been trying to see if Garmin express could help fix this but then the Express wont work if the Garmin is connected.

Please Help.

I have also downloaded the most current app for my phone and also used Garmin Web updater to ensure I have the most up to date software on my 510.

This sounds more like a device issue. Since you are unable to upload data through Express and you indicated you are unable to up loaded data from the phone app. This sounds like the data in the device is corrupted in some way. Now I am assuming you are referring to an Edge 510. I would try Master Resetting the device. See the FAQ: How do I master reset my Edge 1000, 810, 510, Touring or Touring Plus? Once the device has been reset try creating a test workout for 5-10 seconds save the activity and then try to upload once again and see if it completes.
