Garmin Express will not open on my Mac

Hi there. I've been unable to open Garmin Express and sync my watch since Sunday. I ran my first 10k Sunday and can't see my race course or splits at all. I can see the run I did today, though. I'm confused. Please help me. I have the Forerunner 110.

What exactly have you done and what do you mean by 'unable to open Garmin Express'? Please also post any error messages you're getting.

I am kinda with SUSSAMB here. I don't understand the title of your thread. "Garmin Express will not open on your Mac". From what I gather here Express was installed you go to launch it and you have no program window popping up. If this is the case it may need to be removed and reinstalled.

Now if Express does open but the device is unable to sync your data to Garmin Connect this is something totally different. If Express opens and you go to add the device does Express pair with your Fr 110? Are you able to successfully add your Connect username and password? Are there any errors? What Mac OS are you using? What firmware is on your 110?

I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. I am not sure what might be happening with Garmin Express by your description but I can assure you that Garmin Express would not clear the contents of your device. If you are missing the contents of the device, I would recommend contacting Product Support by phone so that we can assist you.
