My friend's activities are showing up in my account instead of his

I had trouble syncing my Garmin watch to my MAC...so I went to his house and took my ANT usb and watch and we logged into my account and synced the watch. But now....His watch is downloading his activities to my user name instead of his. I need help knowing what he should do on his end to disconnect from me or get his watch back on his account. HELP please.
Have your friend delete your device from Express then re-authenticate his device with his Connect account.
To re-authenticate: 1. Open Express 2. Select the device from the drop down menu 3. Click Device menu 4. Scroll down to the Garmin Connect Account section 5. Click Change Account 6. Enter his credentials for his Connect account.
