My 910XT worked perfectly with the previous Garmin Connect and after installing Garmin Express I see this message that's attached. It show's the 910XT in the upper left hand corner and despite a refresh nothing changes. As a result, I'm unable to upload any data onto Garmin Connect. What am I doing wrong? I'm on MacOS 10.9.4.
  • I'm taking a wild guess here... Do you have the ANT+ stick connected to your Mac? Are you running any other software that might be trying to use the ANT+ stick (say ANT Agent)?

Thanks Travis. The ANT+ stick is connected to my Mac but I haven't installed / activated any other software (other than Garmin Express) to access the stick. Incidentally, is there any way I can figure out if any other software is trying to use the ANT+?

If the ANT stick is plugged in that message should not be popping up. I would recommend deleting your 910XT from Express. Once the device is deleted plug the ANT stick into a different USB port and re-add the 910XT back into Express. This should clear up that issue. If you are still getting this issue there could be some interference and we may need to take a look at the log files to see whats causing this.

I read through some of the other threads here. Quit Express. Reinstalled ANT+ agent and now my 910 is transferring data to Garmin Connect. Are you suggesting that I still try Express. I'm don't feel too confident after reading all the venting out here.
  • We would suggest using Express as we are actively developing it. We are no longer developing ANT Agent.

I reinstalled and got the same message all over. How do I delete the 910XT from Express?
