Can't synchronise activities with Garmin Express and Fore Runner 310XT

I can't synchronise my activities using Garmin Express on my Mac Book. Software gives an error while uploading to Garmin Connect. A striking detail is that in the list of activities there are two activities which are not on my device. There is even a activity of 1989.

Can you give me a solution to this problem. I've been trying all weekend to get it fixed. I've uninstalled all the existing Garmin software on my MacBook en reinstalled Garmin Express. the problem is not my Ant device because I did have installed the new firmware software without any problems.

  • The activity with the 1989 date is not an activity but a file that contains data from a health scale like the Tanita scales. This file is probably not the casue of the trouble. Going by your explanation it sounds like there is some corrupt data on the device that Garmin Express is not working with. A master reset will be needed but this deletes all user data from the device. You can reinstall the ANT Agent and see if the activities in question will upload to connect or delete the device from Express, perform the master reset then add it back.
