I can't download activities from FR910 using Garmin Express

I use Garmin express (last version) but I cannot download any activity because garmin express doesn't connect with my garmin 910xt (last firmware) . At the list of devices appears my FR910 but it doesn't connect.
How can I resolve that problem?
