Garmin Express does not recognize connection with Nuvi 3597 LMT

I'm using Nuvi 3597LMT, Mac OS 10.9.4 and Garmin Express 3.2.16.

It worked fine when I update map couple of months ago - it was Mac 10.9.2 and older version of Garmin Express.

It suddenly stop recognizing 3597 from old Garmin Express.

I changed cables, USB ports, restarted Mac, install new version of Garmin Express and Mac OS - but still it does not recognize 3597. (I reinstall new version after completely remove old files from Mac)

I tried from my.garmin.com using Web browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Safari) - my.garmin.com does not recognize 3597.

Is 3597 broken? or just software issue?
