Can't sync my Forerunner 10

I am new to the Garmin community. I recently purchased it after being convinced with the Garmin Connect.

I downloaded the Garmin Express and now it can't find my Forerunner10. Do you have any solutions to this very upsetting situation?

I am sorry for the troubles. The Forerunner 10 is seen as a mass storage device on the Mac. Please see the FAQ: What can I do if my fitness mass storage device is not being recognized by the computer?
