Syncing my 410

Morning all

Don't know if anyone can help me. I've had a 410 for a few years & it's always worked just fine. I deleted the old system of transfering data when Garmin Express did the upgrade. Over the last few weeks I've had to keep rechanging the settings on the watch to alllow pairing & forced transfer. No it will not sync at all with Garmin Connect, its says it's transferring data but isn't. I know there is nothing wrong with my ANT+ stick as my garmin swim transfers across fine.

I have deleted & reinstalled Garmin Express & have restarted the watch.

I'm running out of ideas??

The watch works perfectly by the way when I use it, just can't transfer stuff across

I would suggest the following FAQ: What troubleshooting options can I try when my ANT enabled fitness device will not upload data?

If that does not resolve your issue a master reset of the device would be the next step to try: How do I master reset my Forerunner 410, 405CX or 405?

Garmin does support Safari as a browser. If you are having problems syncing after following the instructions provided by Shane, remove and add the device back to express by following the instructions in the link below:
support.garmin.com/.../simpleCase.htm

I reset the watch & it's working now, sady lost 2 days data, but it's working now
