Can' sync calendar with my Forerunner 305

I make a Marathon program in Garmin connect, and try to upload it to my Forerunner 305.
But it doesn't work.:confused::confused::(:(
Could you help me please?

Check the Sync menu icon in Connect Modern and delete any pending items to be sent. Try the Send to Device feature on the Calendar again. In Express click the Show Options button to see what files are failing to Sync. Files Downloaded from Connect to Garmin Express are stored in the following location on the Mac - ~/Library/Application Support/Garmin/ Express/RegisteredDevices/[Unit ID]/ PendingSyncUploads
Delete them from here and try to send from the Calendar again.
