Uploading an activity a second time

I accidentally deleted an activity from Garmin Connect, but it is still on my Forerunner 310XT. How can I get Garmin Express to retrieve the activity a second time? I am running OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 and Safari.

You can use the Menu->History->Transfer All menu to start the Sync with the 310XT again. This will send any Activities not already uploaded to Connect.

Same question here. I have been stupid enough to delete the activity from Garmin Connect but it is still on my Garmin 220 watch. I don't see the Transfer all option though. Any chance to re-upload? I am running Windows 7.

If the activity is still on the watch but no longer in Garmin Connect, you could delete the device from Express then re-add it, or you can use the information in the FAQ: How do I manually upload data from USB devices to Garmin Connect? Since the Forerunner 220 is recognized as a drive when connected with the USB cable to the computer, you can pull the activity file directly from the device and manually upload it to Connect.
