Dakota 20 won't upload via Garmin Express 3.2.15.0

Anyone else having this issue? It shows in the Garmin Express panel and I updated the firmware to 5.8.0 with no issues. But now I can't get it to upload new data. Actually, I don't even know what the upload is supposed to look like? The instructions just state "From here on, your activities will upload to Garmin Connect whenever you plug in your device or come within wireless range." It doesn't actually say HOW that's supposed to happen or if there is a way to manually force it?

Really kinda disappointed in the Modern experience all around. I don't really like the little dashboards, I don't like the fact I can't upload my files, I HATE the fact that I have to unblock a couple widgets and pause AdBlock for it to even show anything… :-/

Also the same here.

I have been using Garmin connect for years.....with my DAkota 20.

Now with the new Connect site, my device is not reconized anymore, even when Garmin Express recognizes it perfectly.

I read in the FAQ something like this:
Q: "what devices can I connect?"
A: "All sports devices"

It does not refer about any other device.

I hope this is a bad joke or a mistake...

Express will not provide an option to Sync data if there's no fitness data on the device. Some outdoor device will have this data and some outdoor devices do not. This is do to the ability/features of the device. The Dakota 20 will only be able to upload to Connect manually.
