Edge 1000 - Not syncing

I tried several times. WIFI, iPhone, USB, Power off device, but still getting sync error. What's going on?

With WIFI, the device was able to download the course I just created but it's empty, no (corrupt) data at all.

If you haven't been able to sync/upload using all three of the methods, you will need to call into our customer service line for issues with this device at this point. I apologize for any inconvenience.
