I highly doubt the issue is with Garmin Express; Ant Agent is a possibility, however it would be in your best interest to resolve the current problem so that you are always using Garmin Express. Are your browsers at the current version? Have you tried to use a different computer and do you get the same result?
Thank you for your response. I use Chrome (Mac) and it is up to date, as is Safari which I have tried. I tried using another machine and have had no joy.
To clarify: I seem to get two Garmin Connect screens.. when I log in through Garmin Express I can see the activity has been uploaded but cannot click into it (says not sufficient privileges, even though it is my account). When I log in from the Garmin site no new activities are seen.
Hi again Trish, so just to update: my activities are going to Garmin connect from Garmin express, and I can even edit them to a certain extent, but I cannot click in to view the activity in detail as it says I do not have sufficient privileges (even though my privacy settings are set accordingly, and it is my account). It is as if it is not my account, or as though I am not logged in (but I am).
I also see locks in various places indicating that I am not authorised to view a certain segment, for example.
You have two connect accounts associated with the Forerunner 910XT. PSWANEPOEL17 and PMSWANEPOEL, I was able to login to PSWANEPOEL17 and view all the activities. Having two accounts on a Mac can cause trouble because of the way the Mac's Keychain Utility handles usernames and passwords. Each connect accounts needs its own Mac user account. I suggest you delete the device from Express, delete the Keychain entry then pair it again.
