Hi, I'm hoping someone may have some advice/help for me....
I have a Garmin 410 (Software version 2.30) and an Apple Mac (OS 10.9.3) and have recently updated to Garmin Connect Express. Everything works fine for uploading files however when I try to download workouts from my calendar I get the message "Sorry we couldn't sync your device. Please try again."
I've tried resetting the watch to factory settings, cutting down the number of workouts - with no success. The only thing I can do is download individual workouts but each one I download overwrites the last meaning I can have only one workout stored at a time!!!!
Has anyone experienced anything similar and know of a way to resolve this - as it stands my Garmin 410 is practically useless.....
