"Sorry we couldn't sync your device. Please try again". - Message Garmin 410

Hi, I'm hoping someone may have some advice/help for me....

I have a Garmin 410 (Software version 2.30) and an Apple Mac (OS 10.9.3) and have recently updated to Garmin Connect Express. Everything works fine for uploading files however when I try to download workouts from my calendar I get the message "Sorry we couldn't sync your device. Please try again."

I've tried resetting the watch to factory settings, cutting down the number of workouts - with no success. The only thing I can do is download individual workouts but each one I download overwrites the last meaning I can have only one workout stored at a time!!!!

Has anyone experienced anything similar and know of a way to resolve this - as it stands my Garmin 410 is practically useless.....

    At this time the Forerunner 410 can only accept individual workouts from Garmin Connect Modern view. It is possible that Scheduled workouts might be available from the Calendar in the future but we do not have a time estimate.
