Garmin Express not updating my Fenix 2

GE tells me there is an update available. I click "update" and it takes me to the Terms and Conditions, which I accept and click "continue".
Then nothing…….
I'm using GE version 3.2.8.0 and trying to update from Fenix2 Firmware version 3.1 to 3.3

any ideas?

    I have tested the Fenix 2 firmware update on a Mac 10.9.3 machine. I updated the firmware from 3.10 to 3.30 and I updated the chip set for the device. Both updates completed successfully. Have you tried removing your device and re adding it back to Express.
    1. Open Garmin Express
    2. Choose the desired device to be removed in the drop-down box in the upper-left corner
    3. Click Device
    4. Click the Delete Device from Express option
    5. Click Remove

    Once removed try re adding the device back. If the same issue persists you may want to try WebUpdater. Once the device is updated delete the device from Express and re add it once again.
