I can't seem to finish downloading my recently purchased nüMaps Lifetime

Australia & New Zealand for my Garmin Zumo. I'm using MAC. It keeps coming up with an error "There was a problem communicating with the Garmin Servers. Please try again." But my internet connection works fine.

Help?
