FR70 unable to connect to Garmin Express - The specified Unit ID is invalid.

Just had an FR70 bought for me for my birthday and am trying to connect it to my Mac. I have downloaded Garmin Express and it can find the device but then has nothing displayed in the Serial Number: section and states "The specified Unit ID is invalid."

It won't let me do anything else other than ignore it.

Any ideas how I can make this work?

I am also having a problem with my FR70. Always uploaded my workouts without a problem until I installed Garmin press. Now I cannot get the workouts onto my dashboard. Extremely frustrating. What do I do?

Does Express recognize the FR70 and provide you with a Serial Number when you try to add it? Can you provide the serial number please?
