I cannot get my computers, motorcycle mount or car mounts to recognize the Zumo 660. Hence, I bought a new battery and the wall charger will charge the new battery with all the green battery bars showing. However, when I plug it into a Windows 8 or Apple iMac or Mac Book Pro, they do not recognize the Garmin. I have tried several USB cords and various operating systems.
The Garmin is neither visible in Garmin Express or the desktops. I can plug my Nuvi into the Win 8 and all is well. It is this ZUMO.
All help is appreciated.
