Express will no longer sync with Garmin 810

I've had no problems syncing my Garmin 810 and uploading rides using Express but it has stopped working. The last sync was the 19th May. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Garmin Express and a reset of the Garmin 810. Any ideas about what has gone wrong.

  • hi, i've got the same problem. Last sync was carried out 10 May 2014 and right now the only way i can upload my rides to Connect is by using the old version of connect. I have tried deleting all rides from the 810, all software, OS and firmwares are up to date. I've deleted garmin Express and re installed to no avail. When i press sync now the software just hangs. help please i'm going mad here!
  • Have you tried what I suggested 2 posts above yours? Seeing you say you have the same problem and that worked for the OP I would like to think you might have tried that?
  • Just run through the list again. upon uninstalling the 810 from the list of devices and re-installing the issue was resolved. Thank you.
