Garmin Express cannot see bought map on device or SD card?

So I have a Nuvi 2595LMT (North America). I recently bought City Navigator Europe NT, and attempted to install it to the SD card through the website connector.

Is there not a way for Garmin Express to see that I've bought the Europe maps and install them/update them from there?

I have looked up your username in our system. I did find that you have a Europe map purchase as a Downloadable Content "DLC". This map is a standalone one time download. The Express program is used for installing map updates to a device. The Europe mapping you have is not an update. This map will be downloaded through your myGarmin account under the "Manage Maps" section.

Once you have this map downloaded to your device or you may need a SD/MicrSD card you can use the maps on your device. See the following FAW on downloadable content:
