I have recently had to replace my laptop, & have finally got around to installing Basecamp & Express, & therefore updating my Zumo 350LM.
The upgrade of the device went well, however when I go into Express & state to install the maps onto both the device & computer it pretty much ignores me!
I've tried removing the device, unlinking the device, copying maps to the computer without the gps being attached, uninstalling & reinstalling both express & basecamp.
All software is running the latest versions.
I'm relatively familiar with IT, & have tried every trick that I can think of to get this to function.
my next step is to resurrect the old laptop & try the updates on there, but that won't help long term.
any suggestions? any, at all? I'm not bald yet, but the hair is being ripped out one strand at a time........
