Garmin Express locks up on iMac

After opening GE, "Garmin Express Loading device information" with spinning circle below is present for one two hours as of now. iMac with Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63). Help. Does not matter if device is connected or not connected.
There is no one program that can be pointed out that when on a computer causes an issue with Garmin software. What I mean by this is when one customer runs some 3rd party program like a security software or a backup software it may not cause any issue at all but that same software on a different computer configuration can cause a conflict. This is very difficult to troubleshoot as your not be able to tell which program could be causing the issue without stopping the process from running 1st.
When the FW update 3.0 for FR620 did not install as it used to be when GC transferred me to GE which worked fine previously with no flaws, I cleaned my Mac from all the residues of the GE in my Library and made a clean install, this time the loading device information screen hangs and doesn't proceed. A working GE now doesn't even start. What could this time be wrong?
