Garmin Express not recognising my forerunner 610

I installed Garmin Express today and it won't recognise my forerunner 610. I am running the latest Mac OS (updated today). My forerunner was crashing through the day (firstly on a mountain bike ride, then on a run later on) - I did a hard reset and now it can't get the actual time.

I have an ANT+ agent installed, the watch is prone to crashing about every 8 months. The watch is two years old and on 2.90 software.

Hi,

I see other threads have had people advised to load Garmin Express 3.2.5 - I've just checked and I have that version (it says I have 3.2.5.0 - the latest version).
Can someone please help me to solve my problem as my watch isn't being recognised by my computer.

Have you tried deleting the device from Express then reassociating it? See this FAQ:

Would have been good if the software worked and I didn't have to come here!

Well generally it does, but having hard reset your watch it needs to be reassociated :)
