ALERT! on exit

I checked my FR220 today with Garmin Express on my Mac. When I closed the app, I received the following warning: ALERT! Quitting this application while your Garmin GPS is being updated may cause unexpected results, please wait for the GPS update to finish.

This happens now each time I close the app. I am not downloading any updates. The FR220 is simply connected and charging.

I am needing some more information.

Do you have anything else plugged to the computer?
Does the Express show multiple devices in the device section located at the top left hand corner?
Does the Garmin Express show any pending uploads to Garmin Connect?

I have the same issue. I get the "Quitting this application...Please wait..." warning even though the "device software is up to date" (having just downloaded 4 updates) My old 410/ANT is listed but is not connected (no Ant-stick in the computer and 410 is dead and gone)..
